Kohls...Kohls

So, I've been faithfully following the freebies2deals website lately. It's interesting to look at, if nothing else. They do have some great deals that I love to cash in on once in a while. Anyways...a few weeks ago they had $5 off coupons for some fisher price infant toys and a 20% off coupon at Target you could use together. I thought that was a pretty good deal. So, we went and got Tyson a b-day/Christmas present when we were at Target on Tuesday. I was so excited when we got a $15 dollar toy for $7.80! Terry, however was not impressed. "I can do better than that at Kohls," he said. "Tomorrow they are having an early bird sale and I bet I can beat that price."
Blah, I thought. Do we have to get EVERYTHING at Kohls? Sadly he was right and yes, we do have to get everything at Kohls. You just can't beat a good sale with a 30% off coupon and a 15% employee discount, plus $10 Kohls cash if you spend enough. Terry always knows when the sales are and they are always sending us great coupons for 20 or 30% off. I've realized we really CAN'T get a better price anywhere besides garage sales (even Kid to Kid is the same price or more than Kohls- as long as you have a coupon and come during a sale) Good thing they have fun toys, cute clothes and good prices or I might get really tired of having to shop there all the time!! (: (He beat the price by about 50 cents, so not huge, but seriously, why do I even try?)
And yes, we expect great things...
