Mommy...Wow! I'm a big kid now!

I decided this past Sunday that something had to be done! Kira is constantly taking off her diaper by herself and demanding that I change her. (On Sunday she had gone #2 and it was not cool) She uses the toilet really well every morning and night when we change her clothes. Half the time it's a fight to get a diaper on her because she wants to wears panties. She is definitely telling me, "Mom, will you please potty train me?" I probably could have started before now, but with a new baby...well... you know how it goes. Anyway, we are trying our best. She still has yet to tell me she needs to go, but I'm sure she will get the hang of it. Wish me luck! I can't wait to have another one out of diapers!

Also, I wanted to post some pictures of the kids raking our leaves. Gotta love all the raking that comes with fall. We have a wonderfully huge tree that drops a million leaves. It's lots of fun to jump in, not so much fun to bag them all up. Here's our first attempt at raking. Good thing the kids love it so much! (I know Breckan and Kira's hair looks pretty much awesome... I hadn't gotten around to fixing it yet.)

Oh ya, love the leaves. Not! I just keep thinking how much cooler our house is in the summer because of the big tree. I guess it is worth it. Good luck on the potty training!
