I went to the doctor yesterday and we were talking about the other deliveries I've had. I told her that with both of my other kids I had group B strep and that with Breckan she came so fast that they didn't have time to get all the doses of antibiotic given to me. Breckan had to be in intensive care because they were concerned she had caught it from me. With Zack it wasn't a problem because they induced me and gave me the doses before they even started labor. She said we should just pick a day and plan on inducing me. So, Terry and I talked about it and chose October 3rd as the big day. So, you can write it on your calendar, that's when she will be born!

I hope everything goes well! It must have been really hard to have Breckan in the ICU. Is that why they induced you with Zach? How did that go for you (being induced I mean)?
No, they induced Zack because he was late and my placenta was getting pretty old and ugly...I guess it had lots of dark spots on it that shouldn't be there. It did work out well though, so we could get the antibiotic in time. It went fine, it seemed to take longer because I was in the hospital from start to finish, but we just watched movies and played games all day. It was great!
