I know you are probably all sick of hearing from me...sorry. I just have to say that a few days ago I got a call from the doctor saying that they suspected I'm low on amniotic fluid and they wanted to do another ultrasound. I kind of frieked out and read everything there is to know on the subject, some of which was comforting and some was very frightening. The results of low amniotic fluid range from birth defects to premature babies to perfectly healthy babies with nothing wrong. The advice was to drink more water and get lots of rest. The ultrasound appointment was set up for Monday, the 23rd (four days later). So, starting that day, I drank nearly a gallon of water every day and tried to rest more. I didn't know what else to do, besides sit there and worry. I finally decided I was doing everything I could and I would just wait for the appointment and see what they say. So, Monday came and after waiting for an hour to get in and paying over 300 dollars for the ultrasound they told me everything looked great. They checked EVERYTHING on the baby and it all looks normal. So, no placenta problems, no club foot, no kidney problems, no bladder, or cleft lip, or swallowing problems. They even checked the blood flow in a bunch of places. Oh, and I had plenty of amniotic fluid. We are extremely relieved!!! They also told us we are for sure having a girl, well as sure as they possibly can be (I guess there's still a chance...) We got some cool 3-D pictures of the baby's face and some pictures of her toes. We also got some showing proof that it's a girl, but I won't embarrass her by putting those online for the world to see. It's so amazing what they can tell from an ultrasound and I am so, so grateful everything is fine.

What a relief, that is scary hearing that something might be wrong. I'm glad things are okay! And we never get tired of hearing from you. :)
Good to hear things are good. The pictures are awesome. There is so much detail there.
I'm so glad everything looks fine! It can be so scary when you're pregnant and you suspect something is wrong. So glad they were able to put your worries to rest. Love those cute toes! And I love your new background too :)
So glad to know it's all good now. I still remember what torture it was to worry that something might be wrong with the baby. Was so happy for you when Mom told me everything checked out fine. Hang in there. We are so looking forward to the coming of the baby girl! (ps. I am so tempted to vote for the same name I like the best... but, I know I shouldn't, so I won't... but i am so tempted... sigh... Mom, should we try to skew the outcome of the vote?!!!)
I hate those days of waiting for tests and test results but it sounds like it all turned out kn huh?
